A venison and bacon patty, with pickled blueberry compote, Kapiti havarti, pork crackling, and Marmite mayo in an Arobake cacao potato bun, topped with beetroot sprinkle and The Bond Store kawakawa gin spritz, with porcini salt Agria tornado fries and truffle mayo.
The burger is served table-side, where Kawakawa spritz and beetroot dust are whispered over it.

Not so long ago, the Duke heard a whisper, a whisper in the wind…
He heard that an elusive 16 point monarch stag had found its way into Wellington. Circling the city like vultures circle their prey this rumor grew rapidly in popularity. Soon, everyone had heard of it. But the duke was determined, he would be the one to find the creature. So, he called on his troops: “To arms” he said
“We’ll meet at Wellingtons’ windiest corner on the 3rd of August to begin our quest!”
